I agree with that but to say give up,throw in the towel, rather then fix the mistakes is bogus.  

I completely agree. Though i understand when the complaints are due to anti-customer policies (the X1 unveil comes to mind). I liked Microsoft During the original Xbox and the beggining of the 360, but after that they really dropped the ball. I would like to see them trying to focus again on the hardcore gamer that supported them in the first place and drop the kinect charade.
