I overrated it. I said 9/10, I think I should have instead gave it a 7/10 because a lot of the gameplay elements are done better in many other games, including some open world games, and the missions are only so so. It does everything well enough to be playable, but not 9/10+ good.
*edit* My above comment is aimed towards single player. Multiplayer, I'd rate a 4/10 when it's not broken. When I play multiplayer and want to play a race or death match, I don't want to wait a long period of time to play. The problem with the multiplayer is they threw you into a random server and then if you started a multiplayer with friends, there was no way to guarantee you'd get anyone to join in a reasonable amount of time. Unless specifically choosing the location, there was no way to join a team with friends then jump into a game that is near full. One of the players would have to go into a game and then invite their friends.
I think they should have had a multiplayer hub that allowed players to start a party, then join a match and the game automatically searches for the largest game that they can join. Like Call of Duty's online. It actually keeps players in the game, rather than taking so much time trying to get in a game.
