I suppose he thought that 4.65m -> 1.75m was less significant than 6.67m -> 1.41m.
Still, i don't think either should be included. Judgment and Ascension were both prequels, not part of the main series. The sales of each's primary trilogy were very consistent (4.45m -> 4.07m -> 4.65m for God of War and 6.04m -> 6.67m -> 6.00m for Gears of War).
