Hehe, yeah, well, it's still my opinion that RTSs on consoles are a waste of time with kb&m, and it's apparently going to be a while before console developers fully utilize that option.

I could afford an HD player and the discs, but

A) I don't want to go and re-buy my favorites in my collection again, and
B) It's not a priority for me, as DVD is ok with me. I'm really not missing much other than some additional detail.


Agreed about RTS sucking on consoles.  RTS is my favorite genre, and it pains me to see games like BFMEII and SupCom ported to consoles, and I'm sure they made far more than just control sacrifices with the latter title.
