Oculus Rift version of Minecraft cancelled because of Facebook?

Oh, cats.  You just made me realize, in all honesty, that Facebook probably will fuck the whole thing up.  All kidding aside, I could see them placing more emphasis on the "social" aspect than the "game" aspect and ending up with a flowery mess.

Facebook is kinda like Google imo in the sense that when they have a good thing going, they just can't keep it like that and change it so much that people actually hate it... For example Google ruined Youtube with mandatory G+, broken comment system which for the longest time had pictures of penises and etc. Facebook Ruined Facebook with this new terrible UI, this whole stupid bar thing on the right side and pokes which just omg, dont even let me start and etc.

Just terrible... The Original FB and Youtube were the shitz, now its just all a giant mess
