Mac is a piece of hardware, not an OS. All Macs that have been sold over the last few years run both Windows and OSX. I am on a Mac Book Pro right now, with both OSX and Windows running at the moment. I browse this site with my Mac, as I like posting with it better (Safari has a built in spell checker). I think the new FireFox has it now too, but Safari has had it for a long time.
I use IE in Windows for browsing my work site. It's IE only. You can't tell I am even running windows, as the IE icon sits on the application bar just like any other app, and comes up in it's own window, just like it's a native application.
Parallels is awesome! :)
