Ninja Theory working on 360/PS3 title (Not working on Heavenly Sword)

Didn't Sony Cambridge work heavily with Ninja Theory on Heavenly Sword? And didn't some NT devs end up leaving NT to join Sony Cambridge (and vice versa)?

If so, then Sony Cambridge (the guys behind MediEvil) may be assigned to HS2.
