No, it isn't.  You're talking about the US/EU/JP charts which give us no indication of UK numbers.

The most recent UK numbers we have are for 8th of March:

Its just UK, Uk has charttrack, they are the UK version of NPD, they release numbers weekly to those that pay for them.
