Very good price point and many games available at launch. REmake and Metroid Prime followed soon after.
Halo turned out to be one of the best launch games ever. Seeing the ring arc into the distance in and of itself confirmed the Xbox to be worth the purchase. (the price dropped quite soon though - and it was substantial, so this one is slightly debatable) |
