As far as samsung replacing sony that could potentially work providing that they buy SCEA assests but this could also work for google too.
As for valve replacing xbox, that sounds kinda insane due to the fact that valve will never be able to pull off one decent console such as the xbox 360. It would be better if amazon just handled the legacy to xbox rather than valve.
I don't think apple would be interested in an industry running out of cash and I'm not too sure Disney would be a good fit.
