I read the whole original post! =D I didn't hate the game, but the graphics were clearly more important than gameplay when they made this... Enough said.
I haven't played it in a year, I got to the save point right before a boss fight, it was the "summon" (?) of Vanilla or the other tattoo girl. That's all I remember. Can't find the disc either so I haven't finished it yet.
