Erm, they'd better not. I've been to a place where they had these kind of toilets. Thing is, with fancy things like that, and toilets in general, people get freaky ideas. Would you care to wager a guess as to what would happen if somebody decided they needed to, oh, I dunno, TAKE A DUMP ON THE TOILET SEAT...?!
..I don't need to guess. Think peanutbutter. Sandwich. Spread. I'll leave it at that.
