And badgenome, why are you questioning eligibility of the vote, when there wasn't even a vote in Kiev, it was just a very vocal minority that was armed by the west to destabilise the region. At the very least, the casualties of this referendum have been minimal, and the outcome would have been the same even if it is as you a claim a dodgy and laughable result, Russian speakers are a majority in Crimea region.
