urine is not sterile one proof is that you grow bacterial cultures from urine to test for infections from the kidney to the urethra and all points between If someone drinks alot of water their urine will have dissolved solid concentrations and a lack of harmful nitrogen compounds which will enable an even broader range of pathogens to survive whether they be introduced through blood leaking in the kidneys, etc. |

Unless you can somehow differentiate between healthy and unhealthy urine on sight, I'm not sure that's a terribly helpful distinction.
