They didn't mention the heavy blur though. Not only for distances but also motion. It's not always noticeable but sometimes.

Motion blur and depth of field? They are post-processing effects. Makes it look more cinematic

Not the blur I am talking about. I haven't noticed any covering up. This is what people said about the fog in earlier screens/trailers, but they are just effects.

Depth of field is dynamic for example. One second it's "covering something up" and the other it's not, because the focus changed. That is proof that it isn't to cover something up.

 

Motion blur pretty much is never used to cover something up. It requires more power to use than if you didn't have it.

If that's true then I hate them even more for using it.
