That kind of annoys me. It's not just a lie, it's a totally obvious lie. Keeping games off the platform is NOT in the best interest of your consumers. This is about money, pure and simple.
They still have work to do. This reminds me of the situation on the 360 where they denied their custimers Machinarium just because it had been on other platforms already. They need to get this stuff sorted out or it will be the fans who suffer.
