He said that had been playing with VR. That's potentially very different than "working on". Even the interviewer said he wasn't sure if he meant that they were working with actual products, or just the idea itself.
OP. I sort of doubt that. The OR if designed for PCs and developers are already making content for it. Trying to adapt it to work with the Xbox One could end up being a nightmare. I'm also pretty certain Oculus wouldn't sell anyways.
