"DX12 will work on all Microsoft Platforms"

Does this mean Windows 7 as well :O? Or are they meaning Windows 8 and Xbox One?

Also thanks Zarx *-*!

I'd take it more like "DX12 will work on PC, consoles and mobile".

Later they will clarify that it will not work on the Xbox360 and neither on older versions of WindowsPhone and prior versions of PC Windows... You can never trust these megacorps.
