The FBI demand the info... MS has just decided to charge to do it I presume?

They HAVE to hand the info over, they CANT refuse... why not charge them for it?

If anything it might reduce the amount the FBI ask for.

I am not sure that comprehend what you are defending here.    Who are the ones who pay taxes to make the FBI exist...And who are the ones who's privacy get lost?

Americans pay money to a company for a product while exchanging their information with the company while at the same time Americans pay mone so a part of the goverment can ask their information from the company....
