Globally, yes.
In the US, and to some extent the UK, no.
Of course the reverse is true as well. PS4 will win overall in the US and UK, but not by a truly significant amount really (in HW install base).
Where MS might have some trouble is when the price drops get these systems down to $249, $299 zone. Then a lot of gamers will have both systems, and attach rate will probably drop a fair bit for XB1. After all, if COD23 is $60 on PS4, and $60 on XB1, but the PS4 version looks better and runs smoother, why buy the lesser version?
But yeah, no ass kicking detected in the US. Ass kicking globally? Yeah. Definitely.
