I don't think they can afford to, honestly. The game was designed for older hardware in mind, to not allow the 360 version would be to nullify that. TF could've been sooooo much better had it been PC/One exclusive.
I do understand what you mean, though. I think it probably comes down to what the deal between EA/MS states.
