None of them really :/ Everything "new" each of the companies as brought about has just been the progression of other tech. Online gaming has exited since before even the PS1, motion controls arrived well before the Wii, touch pads exited before the DS, so did disk based games before Sony used them for a console. Almost everything they have done can be followed by the statement "wow, that's a great step up from [inset last version]".
A more appropriate question would be which of them pushed the gaming market forwards the most. In that respect, again, i wouldn't say there is any one winner. Each have helped create the current industry in their own way, from dozens of small pushes to singular large ones.
