Nintendo hands down. Nintendo tries with every console to do something different and FUN. It starts with the N64 with their thick big cartridges and controller, to GameCube and the small compact console and mini disc for the games, onto the Wii with motion controllers and Mii Characters, to now with the Gamepad controller interlinking with the console and WiiMotes. The other 2 have pretty much stay the same with slight tweaks here and there, becoming more powerful, not very innovated IMO
