Looks like the physical kits are only meant for US citizens. So I did the online tests and earned some Karma :)

uhh I have an USA address, I signed up daaaays ago, but I never noticed we could give them our address to get the home test

There aren't anymore home tests available in the U.S. I signed up last week.
