Regardless of the reason for the delay, I just called and cancelled my pre order and added it to my Gamefly Q.
If its good, I can use the "keep" option from GF. If it sucks, I am not losing anything.
I was willing to take a chance on it, but being delayed twice in one month pissed me off.
Tifa got MOVES!
