Well you are forced to buy the Kinect if you just want an X1. That's what I meant.

Yeah I get you but that's like saying you are 'forced to buy a powerful GPU if you want a PS4.' It's a feature that many people are excited about, and the main differentiator for the X1.

With the exception that the APU of the PS4 is the reason why people are buying the PS4 and the Kinect is not for the X1. To be honest, I don't get the people genuinely not wanting the Kinect. I mean I can understand that they want to pay less but having a grudge against a piece of add-on hardware is just silly.

That's like saying I won't buy the PS4 until they unbundle the crappy mono "headset".

the mono head set costs about a buck though...

...basically these numbers are telling us that 15% of xbone buyers are happy to have kinect.  the other 85% wants their $100 back.
