Microsoft is responsible for achievements as far as online goes. Steam and Sega are responsible for everything else. I will give them credit for Kinect though.
Sony did literally nothing. They had the laser button which confuses the crap out of everybody... They had the blu-ray player, which was just them trying to force their product into use. The cell processor was just them putting unstable technology onto the market to make themselves look good. The PS3 was more comparable to the Atari Jaguar than anything.
Nintendo did motion controls, and they practically started the smartphone crazy with the DS. Balance board, wii motion plus, 3D in a portable (I'll admit their implementation of this was rather sketchy),
