The 360 had an enthusiast CPU and a high end GPU when it launched, and it will crawl to 10 years.  Do you really think a console with a mid-range CPU and lower-midrange gpu will last longer?!

I never said I agreed with the 12 year claim, but 10 isn't out of the question.
