Xbox one or PS4- What is a better option right now?

Grouping both games together just because they are digitally distributed is very flawed thinking. With digital on the rise, games available now and future will not be exclusivly indie in nature.

Why does any of that matter? A game is a game, your logic is very flawed. It's not like Resogun isn't getting DLC support either. 

Then you should have no problem admitting that 360 is the gamers console of choice over PS3, because it has more 90+ 80-89 and 70-79 games on metacritic. This is largely due to XBLA boosting 360's library.

Yet most people will go against that because PS3 has more AAA retail exclusives. As much as I would like to admit that games are equal, I learned that we do in fact seperate indie from high budget. Resogun will be forgotten come next year. Killer Instinct is a high adoption, ever evolving game meant to last the generation. It is also part of the niche fighting genre, and exclsuive at that. Something PS4 won't replicate for some time. A game like Resogun can come from any indie and X1 is set.
