I think that would be weird, the way (but still way more) it would be to see a family member taking a dump or a pee. Nothing wrong with it, but that's privacy, and something I'm not supposed to see, in fact not the way I think I'm supposed to see my family. The more I'm supposed not to see it, the weirder it would get: for my brother it would feel not so weird, a lot more for an elder, especially a woman. Pretend it didn't happen, don't talk about it, and forget about it, that's what I would do.
For a male friend I would not care at all, like "could close the door, moron". For a female friend, I would be excited if she's hot... "thinking about me, b*tch ? ;)".
