Well... most countries.
Like Israel. Which I do believe has more gun ownership and less restrictions.
It also has a hell of a lot more gun training... and much much lower violent crime rates.
Even lower crime rates then Japan.
Also, don't count out the Swiss. They have less guns per person but a much higher percentage of the population has guns. (I believe.)
Gun ownership is about 16% in the US. (90 guns per 100 people, only because Americans love to collect guns.)
Percentage of guns legally owned by the populace is a much better indicator then guns per 100 people.
While in Switzerland it's illegal to not have a gun if you are of the age of military service.
Edit: Switzerland's gun ownership is 20%
