Agreed. It really is going from "cute, look at the demand can't find them anywhere" to "gee wouldnt it be nice to capitalize on the demand before they start lagging behind"
I mean they will finally have Infamous, Killzone and a constant flow of quality PSN games to really warrent a purchase regardless of hype from launch but we are sitting here going on 4 months post launch and they still can't get their shit together.
It really hurts Sony because once the launch buzz finally ends consumers on the fence will eventually start buying the console thats available and this early in the generation there really is starting to be a parity in software. Honestly between Ryse, Forza, TF, and Dead Rising anyone on the fence has no reason to keep holding out for a PS4 if they cant get them on shelves. Granted I have no interest in an Xbox One and was lucky enough to get a launch PS4 but the aforementioned games trump Killzone and Infamous IMO to a general consumer looking to get into next gen gaming. Could be a problem if it lasts for too much longer.
