I'm going to say no, not like 9 / 11 was. I think it will either be something on a much larger scale, like war scale, or never happen again. I think anyone interested in it, knowing full well the US will crush them into oblivion if they try something like that, is going to want more of a "payoff" than 9 / 11 yielded, in exchange for basically ending their regime / country.
