The quality of the game wasn't a problem at all - in fact, I found the quality rather solid. It was polished; it looked good; it handled well. It was pretty much Ridge Racer 7 on a handheld.
The content was a problem, and content is undeniably linked to price for me. Hence why I feel it should be a factor included in review scores.
