I don't expect any price drop before October. But I expect some "deals", maybe some bundled games (besides the MGS4+DS3+80Gb we already know of) or some other promos, but most likely no price drop. Actually, the MGS4 bundle is a great value at $499.
For me the PS3 is priced right. It might seem a little expensive for most consumers but it's actually not that bad. It's just a Wii+3 Wii games so it's actually a great value for what you get since HD, Blu-ray, Gigabit Ethernet+WiFi are all standard ;)
