Xbox one or PS4- What is a better option right now?

You have both consoles don't you? Would you say the UI is better than the Xbox One? By better I mean is it faster/smoother? I don't care too much about looks and whatnot, I just want it to be fast. It's not like I'm spending an hour looking at the UI, so looks aren't a big factor for me.
