Is it just me or is Titanfall retail game different from the Beta?

From what i understand, the Beta also had frame rate issues. perhaps you and your friend were too hype for the game to have noticed.
Perhaps it's only now that you're "settled-in" and had more time with the game that you finally notice it's imperfections.
