No. Clearly this doesnt say that.

It tells us that this game isnt capable, its CLEARLY been rushed somewhat.  Look at the PC aspects.  And the fact they are using such an old engine also indicates they were in a rush and not exactly blowing a big budget.

If you believe that the X1 cant run a game at 60fps then you are being ridiculous, as it already does and will many many times in the future.

Yea but majority of the games run at 60 fps is at 720p... Maybe if Respawn sticked with that res, it could have which is one of the issues pointed out as to why they chose such an odd resolution... Its still weird that it would dip that much

Also, just cause its not optomized for PC doesn't mean its not optomized for the X1... There are plenty of games that run like ass on the PC but runs very good on the consoles... They clearly chose that weird res cause they thought that the X1 would be able to run it
