You cant call it a downgrade if its just a CGI scene vs an ingame scene.
watch dogs was a downgrade because what they showed was gameplay and it looked epic, then when the proper gameplay was released it looked just slightly better than GTAV, a last gen game.
For a game made on unreal engine, it looks pretty good.
