it isn't the norm. most people are some level of bisexual, even if they deny. 100% gay and 100%straight are the minorities.

Did someone tell you that? Or is this some type of statement made to be counterfactual?
I have never seen any report of this being true. If your going to say everyone who is straght is denying you need some facts to back it up.

Don't put words on my mouth, i didn't say all straight people are lying.

I don't remember who came up with the statistic but imagine that 100% gay and 100% straight are on the oposite edges of a line, these are the minority of people. most people go in between, ranging from having a slight atraction to the same gender, to being completely bisexual (midle of the line). the problem is that most people that aren't on the edges of this line simply deny any form of atraction they feel for the same gender and it ends up looking like the majority of people are straight.

This is an argument that constantly gets thrown around by bisexual people I know, most likely because they assume others think the same way they do.  I can say, for my part, that so far in my 27 years of life, I've yet to have the desire to have sex with a man.  Perhaps Mr Right will come along tomorrow and sweep me off my feet, but based on my mountain of evidence, I'd have to conclude that I'm not attracted to other men.  Most of my straight friends have shown no real attraction to men as far as I can tell.

Likewise, my gay friends have shown know inclination for the opposite sex, which really makes this argument kind of silly.  There would be very little societal pressure for a gay person to fake not being attracted to the same sex.  For most gay people, being satisfied in a heterosexual relationship would make their lives easier.  Even if they were only 25% straight, they'd still likely pursue heterosexual relationships.
