Well there is a difference between definining and most hyped... I would definately argue Wii Sports is still defining the Wii... Most Hyped is certainly Brawl so far, though another Zelda could run up a lot of hype.
Halo3 obviously fits both cryteria for the 360.
PS3... hmmm, if we can include future unreleased games, then GT5 will definately be the PS3s defining game, MGS4 will be in it's wake.... as for hype, I am not sure, I suppose Kilzone2 is definately hyped a lot, similarly MGS and FF.
