When grading my handhelds i only include the console's own library and i think alot of people are throwing the classics from older consoles (only reason why i think the PSV can even be in this conversation) in with their picks and if i did that the 3DS by far would bury the rest with it's backwards compatibility with the DS and it's eshop classics. So here's my list.
