This seems to be the case. Either way I am jealous of US gamers. They are getting the system and games at cheap rate.

The Canadian $ is 0.90 of the US dollar, but this is just taking too much advantage of their fortunate situation. $420 would have sufficed if they were really pinching every penny.

Exchange rate always changes. So companies always mark a higher price. Plus 399, 449 or 499 are good "numbers" to price (marketing 101).
