Last I checked, Sony does have the upper hand. They're selling at a record pace and EA is missing out on that. The Ps3 is also still doing okay WW, while the 360 has completley imploded. Not to mention, the X1 is pretty irrelevent outside NA, so EA is pretty much restricting themselves to the US by ignoring the PS4.
I honestly can't wait for the Titanfall 2 (or Titanfall successor) announcment for PS4. It'll be pretty much as big as loosing Halo at this point (given the money and hype MS has injected into it)

No it won't.
And no Sony do not have the upper hand. They can't afford to lose EA's support, that's a fact.

EA can't afford to loose out on Sony's hardware either. They're in the same boat.
And what do you mean it won't? Titanfall, at the moment, is even more important than Halo to MS and certainly if they were able to keep it, it'd be just as big. The inevitable sequel on PS4 will be a huge blow, but hey, that's what they get for relying on third party moneyhats.

Halo does 3.3m in the US first month typical, Titanfall isn't as important to MS as Halo is. Especially given it's a new IP.
You keep hyping it up as some sort of tragic enevitability tho, MS are getting exactly what they want from it.
