Also - look at the map and 'more welcoming/less welcoming'. Its made like in 'red' counries people hate tourists, and in 'blue' - love them.
But in the report the marks are between 1 till 7 (1 = very unwelcome; 7 = very welcome).
The highest # is at Iceland, with 6.8. The lowest - Bolivia, 4.1. Russia is at 5.0. Which is still 'welcome' at any scale. But the map and the colours look like Russians hate tourists. So full of shit...
