Obama's Speech or Supreme Court on Gun Rights...which is more important?

That is part of the Declaration of Independence and from the philosophies of John Locke, who Jefferson used his ideas in the Dec. of Independence.

 The Supreme Court will make the right decision, and if it doesnt, then it will be overturned later on or Bush will just tell them he will not enforce it. Whatever the case, it really doesnt matter.

I doubt they will get rid of the right to own guns for individuals, they will most likely say that there can be limits on guns and the types out there. Remember the Supreme Court can interpret whatever way they want to.
