Obama's Speech or Supreme Court on Gun Rights...which is more important?

I'll say the Supreme Court. The ammendments outlive one president and taking the rights of guns away from the people could certiantly screw over any way to stop the government should it get too opressive. Or at least annoy the crap out of it as it tried to keep up an occupation.
