What Will You Say If Xbox One Games Start Running At 1080p 60fps?

I felt that way at first. Then I played GT6 and went back to Forza 4.

The visual improvments over last gen racers are significant and its just a launch title.

Admittedly I only played it for a short time instore. It did seem to be a game that focused on achieving a high resolution rather than really going for improved lighting etc. Made me think perhaps it was being developed on xbox 360 initially and then switched over to  xbox one. This is quite common for launch games.
