Oh damn. I haven't read the actual amendment since high school, and I forgot how silly and vague it was. I think it's a little outdated, since we're not really fearing foreign invasion and prepared to band together with our neighbors and form militias these days. Today we're more likely to fear our neighbors, fear our government, AND fear foreign invasion, I mean uh... "terrorism." Guns were good when there were brave citizens fighting for their land, but guns aren't so good when everybody's poor, hungry, and afraid.


Guns don't kill people.
People kill people... when they have guns in their homes much moreso than when they do not.
