Racist/Racism - Do we use these words in wrong situations?

For me it is not about racial differences (since I believe statistic differences exist), it is more about classification : 1 is better than another.

Note : even if I consider races exist, I also try to NOT focus on them when I judge/consider on someone : he is a human entity before being black/white/etc. Also, since people mix eachother, races are disappearing with time.

So...since I am white that must make black people a race and therefore not human? And vice-versa. Uh...not really.

human = black + white + asian (let's imagine) = all are humans

like all dogs are dogs, even if DOBBERMAN is different from BOXER (sorry no time to translate french dog name) but they are all dogs.
